We understand that the hourly rate model is not the best solution for every matter. We have a leading in-house Commercial Finance team with extensive experience of formulating a variety of alternative fee arrangements. We would be happy to explore their suitability with you in detail.
You will receive timely and regular updates in relation to fees. We will agree with you at the start of each matter how often such updates should be provided and we always aim to review estimates for any unforeseen, out-of-scope work with you in advance of fees being incurred.
