Abdu is a senior bilingual (Arabic & English) lawyer who joined the Firm in 2007 and is actively involved in  the litigation department of the Firm under the auspices of the Managing Partner. He regularly assists Mr Feras in representing local and foreign entities in contentious matters at all forums in Saudi Arabia.

He has also gained extensive commercial and corporate experience and regularly advises on matters of local laws including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, labour and employment, agency/distribution/franchise agreements, corporate restructuring, investment structuring, establishment of local and foreign entities and shareholders’ agreements.

He also possess “hands-on” knowledge of the procedural aspects involved in complex commercial transactions as well as his extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts of all kinds, drafting proposals and managing the completion process for foreign investors in Saudi Arabia. Further, he is an expert in IP and Trademark registration matters and has advised a number of foreign entities in respect of their registration matters.
