About Ahmad

Ahmad is a bilingual Arabic and English junior associate at the Firm, supporting both the Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams.

On the corporate side, Ahmad assists with M&A matters, drafting and reviewing shareholders’ agreements, Articles of Association, board and shareholder resolutions, and corporate governance documents. He also works on foreign investment licensing, incorporation of Saudi entities, post-incorporation compliance, corporate amendments, manager changes, UBO filings, liquidation procedures, and matters involving the Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center, and other government platforms.

Ahmad also supports the Firm’s dispute resolution work by reviewing case materials, analysing correspondence, preparing client updates, and assisting in developing practical case strategies. His work often involves coordinating between clients, government authorities, and internal teams to keep matters moving efficiently.

With international education and experience in the United Kingdom and the United States, Ahmad brings a practical and commercially aware perspective to his work. He is focused on providing clear, responsive, and client-oriented support across corporate, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.
