With over 45 years of extensive legal expertise in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed brings unparalleled knowledge and proficiency to his role at Feras Al Shawaf Law Firm. Holding an LLB from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, Mohammed began his career as a Legal Consultant at the Attorney General’s Chambers in Sudan, where he represented the government and participated in negotiating and drafting critical government contracts.
In Saudi Arabia, Mohammed has had a distinguished career working with leading law offices, including the Law Office of Mr. Ahmed Zaki Yamani and Saud Al Shawaf. His broad areas of expertise include banking laws and regulations, labour laws, insurance disputes, and government contracts. He is a seasoned litigator with deep experience preparing pleadings and appearing before judicial and semi-judicial bodies, including Islamic Sharia Courts, the Board of Grievances, and Labor Disputes Committees.
Mohammed is highly skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and review in both Arabic and English. He has also managed company formations, agency registrations, trademark and patent filings, and certified translations, providing end-to-end legal support for his clients.
